Cleric Spell "BANE" macro

Hi everyone, im pretty new to roll 20 and im just looking for a macro that could help me with keeping track of this spell when I play the cleric. What character sheet are you using? That one is for the '5E Shaped' (I believe), so if you're using the 'D&amp;D 5E by Roll20' sheet it won't work.
