[Help needed] Unable to draw player tokens from Journal as DM

Hello fine folk of roll20, I am in need of your help. I dm for a group of 4 people and have each of their characters in our game journal, complete with favorite token and hp bar etc. I set the permissions of these journal entries to "dm + the corresponding player". However, when on a new map, only the players are able to draw their tokens from the journal onto the map. No matter how often I tried, I could drag the token from the journal, but when letting go of the mouse, the token just disappeared. Anyone else had this experience? Is there something I did wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm not sure if this is the issue but when I draw them from the journal I make sure to drag from their name. If I drag from the token image it doesn't work and disappears, but if I pick it up at their name it moves to the map. Hope it is that simple for you!

You must drag the name to the map to create a token for the character. Dragging the token is how you sort the journal. That sounds a little counter intuitive, I know.
OH FOR FUCKS SAKE! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! You were absolutely right. I need to drag from the name and not the token! This is so stupid! Why is that even a difference?! Again, can't thank you two enough.

Probably it was complicated to have a drag action for sorting and one for dropping in the map from the same source element (or just wasn't something considered). I bet that players dragging the token works fine since they can't sort things. Glad you got it working!
