Accidentally turned off charactermancer and lost everything

so I've been using roll20 for a bit and the other day I was working on my character that ive been playing for weeks. well, I accidentally clicked turn off charactermancer and roll20 deleted every single detail of the character before i could write any of it down. i lost everything and it restarted with a new sheet and I don't know what to do. roll20 won't respond and I am desprate! please help.

This will require a  Help Center Request . I've never heard of this happening, but a dev might be able to fix. Is it your game or one created by another. You might need to get the creator involved in the help ticket process.

Maybe your GM made has made a copy of the game or character? You might want to check with him/her/them.

unfortunately my gm doesnt have any of it. and when i contacted the help center they never responded

You didn't even get an automated response? If that's the case, check your spam folder. If you got an automated response but no resolution, that's a different matter. It might take a few days, depending on the nature of the problem.
