The rules are free to download! Print if you like! <a href="http://basicfantasy.org/download.cgi/Basic-Fantasy" rel="nofollow">http://basicfantasy.org/download.cgi/Basic-Fantasy</a>... Basic Fantasy Role-Playing Game is a rules-light game system modeled on the classic RPG rules of the 1980's. Basic Fantasy RPG has been written largely from scratch to replicate the look, feel, and mechanics of the early RPG game systems. It is suitable for those who are fans of "old-school" game mechanics. The way I play it is inspired by early Dungeons & Dragons, BECMI D&D, Rules Cyclopedia, AD&D 1st Edition, and AD&D 2E, but the Players do not need to have knowledge of any game systems beyond the first few chapters of BFRPG alone. Basic Fantasy RPG is an Open Source game system, meaning it's very flexible and permissive and free. Download for Free, or Order Printed Book at low Cost if you like. Download the PDF files or the original OpenDocument (OpenOffice) files from the BFRPG downloads page at no charge. Or, you can purchase a print copy from the print-on-demand vendors (at cost).

This next link contains most of the BFRPG rules like an "SRD" (System Resource Document... free rules online), accessible in a quick clean webpage format. I linked the link directly on How to Create a Character page for a good starting point. Characters generated using the by-the-book method described on this link, ARE accepted for the "Explore Dungeons" open table campaign, however Players are advised to consult the GM (Gold) and meet with me during your character creation for 10-15 minutes if possible, and I will grant certain exceptions and house-rules changes in comparison to the system resource standardized character creation. <a href="http://www.dustinian.com/_prototypes/bfrpg_srd.htm" rel="nofollow">http://www.dustinian.com/_prototypes/bfrpg_srd.htm</a>...
