I propose a second column in the turn tracker which tracks 'rounds' (with a button like the turn tracker has now) and can have arbitrary non-token elements added which expire after X-rounds... Keeping is manual and separate-ish seems like a good way to make it adaptable to more game systems and easier to implement. It's kind of just an extension of what is already there. This would lend itself really well to games where characters with higher speed can have multiple turns per round... that way I can clearly separately track a full round, even though a character has 3 slots in the initiative order. Then being able to have GM and player visible round-based effects would be stupendous! I can make a note for myself that the players have 3 rounds before the demon summoning ritual completes, and a player visible buff spell that expires in 2 rounds.
