Credit macro writers

Is there some standard or format for crediting script/macro authors in an adventure module? I've been trying to include macros in my releases going forward and would like to give credit where it's due, but am unsure of how that might best be done. It's mostly macros that from the forums that I've modified slightly(or not at all) to work with my content.  Thanks in advance.

Many module products from Roll20 Marketplace include (install) a Handout called "Credits" or Acknolwedgements, that's a text doc that could include any thanks or other lines you want to type in like that.  This post is dedicated to my Parents and my Dog. Couldn't have done it without you.
