How do you rename pages now?

Before to rename a map page, I could just click to select the name and then type the new name. How can you rename them now as clicking on the name just selects the map page and jumps me to it now?

I can't reproduce this (Windows/Firefox at the moment).  I was able to interact with the titles of all 3 maps I have in a test game.  Are you using any browser extensions that change any Roll20 behavior?  Does this happen in all games, or just one?
Really weird. On further checking It seems to happen only in one game and only on newer maps. I can apparently rename the first about 100 maps in that game, but the remaining 20 or so seem to not allow it.  Using windows/firefox too.

I wonder if it's just the number of items in your game is causing an issue, or a corrupted chat archive, or something else like that.  What happens if you copy that game - does the issue happen in the copy?  If so then try deleting maps in the copy down below 100 and see if it still happens with fewer maps.

100+ maps in a single game does sound excessive, and may lead to lag and unusual behavior.
Yes, something strange was going on. I moved maps around a bit and at first it seemed like I could rename a map if I moved it to early part, but after moving a few around I can suddenly rename all. Weird. As for 100+ maps, the problem is that of the maps about 40 are places they are likely to go again to, so do not want to recreate them later and that number will grow slowly. Also about 25 maps are the current quest line, about 20 the next likely, and about 20 maps as starting parts of few possible quest lines the party is likely to go to soon and then there are about 20 of "generic maps" for things like random encounters or when the party does something very strange. The problem is that out of the 20-30 maps of a questline, at least 5-10 will need to be saved for future re-use thus the number of maps that might need to be visited again will rise.  Basically I run a quite freeform game with little railroading, instead giving hints of possible things to do, so the PCs will often ignore my hints, grab something from some sentence and  go to strange places.

If you have the finances to do so, I would recommend upgrading to the Pro subscription, even if it is just for a month to see how much use you can get from it.  The transmogrifier and even a very few scripts (Doorknocker, TokenMod, ChatSetAttr, UniversalChatMenu, GroupInitiative) can make doing a more free flowing game much easier.  With the transmogrifier, you can create "library" games that are just places to hold custom creatures, maps, and anything else that isn't needed all the time so that they don't bog down your game.  Just takes a few clicks to bring something back into the active game with the transmogrifier.  The only thing that is really required is a good naming scheme for your maps.
