Questions Sbout Dynamic Lighting

So I picked up the Clearwater Massacre when it was free thinking it'd be a fun thing I could use. I noticed it came with Dynamic Lighting as well so I added it to the game my friend is running and it was super cool. Now one session later all of that is gone after delaying the session to figure out how to use it. So now I have 2 questions. 1, am I not supposed to have Dynamic Lighting with the Camp Clearwater? I'm referring to the one linked just below, which states it comes with the Dynamic lighting, but even after adding it to a game I'm putting together there's no dynamic lighting options. Was this a temporary Dynamic Lighting, even though it's showing included in the add-on still? https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/gameaddon/11548/the-camp-clearwater-massacre 2, I'm now considering upgrading my account because the dynamic lighting was really cool and I wanna be supportive of Roll20 anyway, but my friend is doing the GMing right now and I can't find definite answers to my questions. So if only I get upgraded, can we use dynamic lighting as long as I'm at least Co-DM with the GM rank in the game, or do I have to be the room creator? If I create the game, can anyone else I make GM manage the dynamic lighting or only me?

Normally, dynamic lighting is set up, but disabled on free accounts. If you started the game during the recent event, then all accounts had access to dynamic lighting until the event ended: https://blog.roll20.net/posts/dynamic-lighting-unlocked-summer-camp-2021/ The perks available in a game rely on the subscription level of the game creator. A game created by someone with a free account won't gain the subscription perks if a player with a subscription is promoted to gm.
The free dynamic lighting was only a temporary benefit for free players and has now ended. The whole point of offering it for free was to entice free players to consider upgrading to a paid account. You can still continue to play the module, but you won't have access to the dynamic lighting, but at any time if you upgrade you will get access to all of the dynamic lighting in the module as it is already implemented -- it just isn't 'turned on' in your game until you have a paid account.

Ok, game creator has to be the subscribed person. So if my friend is subscribed and I'm promoted to GM, will I still be able to manage the dynamic lighting in his game even if not subscribed? Yes, the account level of the game creator determine the perks available.
Thanks a lot, I couldn't find a definite answer anywhere. I'll talk with my friend about us arranging to upgrade one of us so we can dynamic light the dungeon adventure we're working on. :) Kraynic said: Yes, the account level of the game creator determine the perks available.
