Depending on what order you do things, deleting an item from a folder in your library sometimes does and sometimes doesn't revert it back to its original name. Method 1: Upload an image to your library Click and drag it to move it to a folder Rename the image Delete it from the folder, causing it to return to the Recent Uploads section at the bottom of the library Method 2: Upload an image to your library Rename the image Click and drag it to move it to a folder Delete it from the folder, causing it to return to the Recent Uploads section at the bottom of the library The only difference is that steps 2 and 3 are swapped. Method 1 causes the image's filename to revert back to its original name that it had when you first uploaded it, while Method 2 doesn't. This is inconsistent, and while it doesn't really bother me personally, it seems like it's definitely a design bug, since there's no indication in the interface that there should be anything different about these two methods.
