I Purchased the Player's Handbook but none of the content is accessible in my account / game

When I visit my Marketplace Items page, it shows the PHB as Owned. But none of its content shows up in the compendium in my game, it doesn't show Owned in the Compendium Selection screen in settings, I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I've tried just about everything. Also I'm pretty sure this isn't supposed to happen when I try to view the web compendium for PHB

Check your game's compendium settings. The compendium choice is usually set when you create a game using an official module or character sheet, but if you are using say, the Shaped Sheet, you will likely need to set the compendium choice manually. The options are in the Game Settings page of your game. Ince you have set it to use 5e, you can also turn on or off specific compendium sources.
Thanks for the reply, but the PHB is also not showing up as "Owned" in my Compendium Selection screen, it just has the "Purchase" button. Even though I own the PHB

Ah sorry, I didn't read closely enough. You could try deleting your cache and refreshing, but this likely needs to be unsnarled through a  Help Center Request .
Cool thanks, yeah I sent a help center request yesterday, still no response so I figured I would post here for a sanity check
