I am looking for a total of six players to join a pay to play D&D 5e long running campaign that is fully online. Individuals are allowed and encouraged to sign up. Time: Very versatile time that I'd like to decide based on group needs. I can't do Tuesdays, Fridays, or Saturdays as I run games those days, but any other days is fine in the evenings. Additionally I would be amenable to during the day on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, My Experience: I have been a Dungeon Master for about two years now and have had four very consistent campaigns and many one shots. I have also spent ample time reviewing as many guides, tutorials, and videos as I can to become a better DM. Additionally, I have a group of other DMs who help me to play test ideas, work through problems, and get multiple eyes on one problem. Payment: I would be looking at $10 an hour. The game would be three-four hours and I would add two more for prep time (though it would likely be much more, I would normalize it at two); thus, six hours a week. I am looking for 5-6 players and as such the total cost for each player would be $10 a week , additionally we could work out a discounted price for early monthly payment. I will accept payment in whatever means are most comfortable, I do have a Paypal account; specifics of such can be discussed with individuals. What Kind of Game: To be frank, fully customizable . I often do games based around the players I have, heavy backstory relevance, player input in world building and plot direction. I do not do 'Rule of Cool'; however, I am very flexible and willing to work with people, in and out of game. Adding more to characters, using home-brew, crafting, research, etc. If you would like to see a list of my personal rules and pre-vetted homebrew you may message me for a link to such. Homebrew: I have a list of pre-approved home-brew items for characters, rulings, items, and more. These have been play tested and noted as balanced and fair. Additional home-brew may be added at request; however, it will be reviewed to ensure it is well-balanced and fair to all. What My Table is Like: I do run an online table utilizing Roll20 for maps and Discord for both voice chat and atmospheric music (individuals may mute). Though if a different system of voice chat is required we can look into such. I keep a very casual game table, but I am very willing to take a professional state when dealing with issues such as poor table etiquette, rudeness to other players, or appropriate payment. I keep a kind fun table in which people are capable of finding a bit of escapism from the modern world without fear of mean hearted people. What I'm Looking For: I am looking for players of any experience level , who wish to play D&D 5e. In-character role-play is a plus but not at all necessary if you are not comfortable with such. Be willing to pay the fee. You must speak fluent English and be willing to do so on the computer as I, unfortunately, do not speak another language well enough to DM such a roleplay heavy game. Follow appropriate table etiquette (don't purposely talk over or down to others, etc.) and don't be a jerk. Good communication is the final criteria; I will likely put a good deal of my week into ensuring you have the best game experience I can muster, your willingness to help in small, short tasks such as notifying me when you will miss a session, sending me character sheets, or answering character-related questions in a timely manner, are all extremely important to me. I don't require immediate responses, but I will attempt to relay information or ask questions as soon as I can, I ask that you get back to me with the same expediency as the information is likely to help your personal enjoyment in the game. Roll20 Disclaimer: This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of $10.00 an hour per week by the most convenient method as mentioned above. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements.
