The most-likely, I'd say, is a third option:  Someone from the community will probably make a Community-Created character sheet for it.  Probably after it comes out.  Another, 4th possibility: The game's creators could make a Roll20 community character sheet for it (which could be used in Playtesting, or offered at-launch of the game). Ask-Encourage them on their Kickstarter to do this to support online playing!  I think it's doubtful (at least unannounced) if Roll20 will officially make a Character Sheet for it (non-community created).  They've done this for about a dozen-or-more games, so they might. It would probably be if the game publisher makes an agreement directly with Roll20 to do it.  I don't recommend undertaking learning to make a Custom Character Sheet. It's a lot of work and learning. You could post asking someone else to do it for volunteer or hire. I think energy is best spent encouraging ((someone?)) to make a Community Character Sheet for this game.
