Entire journal dumped out of folders

I am having a rather serious problem where all my handouts, notes, every journal entry has been taken out of the folders and arranged in alphabetical order below them. This is rather inconvenient as you might expect, and I would really like to avoid having to put everything back in its proper place, especially when it comes to the mountains of handouts and notes from the books I own. Is there any way to restore things the way they were automatically? Weirdly, some fodlers are ok, specifically the ones that I created before losing premium membership: we upgraded our game last year, we were taking a break over the summer so we did not renew the membership for a while. Now all the folders I created after and the folders that came with the books I purchased (mainly EgtW) have been emptied and dumpedout. I found someone suggesting to use the rollback feature, but it seems like I don't have access to it. Edit: After some poking around, I found that an old entry (before subscription was removed) moved in a new folder (created after) is ok and remained in place, so the problem seems tied to the single entries rather than fodlers. Edit 2: Nevermind, the problem DOES NOT actually follow dates, it's everything that is NOT a character sheet (player or NPC) that was dumped out, while character sheet reamined in their appropriate place.

Hi Michelangelo - Sorry to hear that your journal entries have gotten wonky. Do you mind submitting a ticket, including a link to your game if that's okay, so we can take a look? https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/requests/new Thank you!

Thank you Bianca, I did so. I am absolutely ready to manually and painstakingly put back every entry into its folder manually if it's the only way to save our game... but I'd much rather we find an easier solution ^^'
If you've dropped pro subscription, had you been using an API to manage your folders? Maybe the loss of the API functionality has reverted the journals to the standard layout?

Not to worry, despite a year of using roll20 I am still not capable of using APIs and macros, I barely know what they are XD
A rollback made thanks to the help ticket solved the issue, but the bug that created the problem has not been identifiied. Beware...
