Background not showing to player

Ensured the map is on Background Layer, ensured that all lighting effects are off etc. Player able to see backgrounds on other Campaigns, so definitely not a browser issue. Please advise. If we cant figure out we will just delete the page and start a new one.

Possibilities: Try recreating the page Try creating a new page with any other graphic on the map layer. Have them (and yourself) to a clean refresh (delete the cache). Most likely culprit is a map image that was accidentally deleted from the art library, but the image still exists in your browser cache, but not theirs.

I've had this issue once and a re-upload of the map art fixed the problem.
