ApplyDamage with custom status

I am using GroupCheck per one-clickwith the following version of ApplyDamage - I'm also using a custom token set for status markers and I can't get the status to apply. I tried making a trial substitution to the declared set, with both "Prone" and "Prone::4349685" per a token-mod substitution, but couldn't get it to work. Can any of you code angels figure out a solution please? It would be very helpful!
