Not sure if this is the correct place for this but there is a naming error in the macros for descent into avernus, which also results in it being in the wrong spot. Ch1-GCC-G01-Radiant-Pillars macro should be in chapter 2, therefore named Ch2-GCC-G01-Radiant-Pillars.
