Hi,  I have seen two APIs posted in the past I currently cannot find. The first was was an API that alerted a player if they were about to take damage and asked if they wanted to use a shield spell or something like that. The second was an API that automatically put a marker on a target when it was reduced to 0 hit points.

Health auras api did the second function but I find that api very very very laggy for my players to use sadly.

You might be thinking of TempHPandStatus. It's an old script, and most forum sources link to here . Not sure where there is newer code.
