Change default token bars

So I've purchased a Roll20 scenario.  All of the preset tokens have hp as the green bar (bar 1).  I would like hp to be the red bar (bar 3).  Is there a way to update all of the existing tokens and change their configuration settings?  I know I can do that for new tokens... any that I drag out of the compendium, but I'm looking at the ones that are already created on on maps.

Change the Default setting on the game page, then in the game use to the cog tab at the bottom select the ally default setting.

There's a very thin progress bar on that in-game update. Be sure to give it time to finish. It can take a few minutes.
