Accidently turned it on, and I am worried about information leakage to my players. I hope this is the right sub-forum; there doesn't seem to be a "Just bought Pro and am feeling overwhelmed".
The external journal will only show users things that they already have permission to see. If you have any doubts, it's easy to test, create a Dummy Account and invite it to your campaign. That will show you what the player experience is. You can also use this to acid test dynamic lighting setups.
