Looking to commission someone to help convert module to Roll20, any ideas where to look?

I am looking to get some help converting two adventures to Roll20. I simply don’t have the time on hand to do it with a new baby and my family and friends are counting on me to stay ahead and keep it running. I’m just looking for someone to help with the following, do you think that’s unreasonable? Will of course pay, that isn’t the issue. -Create handouts -Create new or unique monster stat blocks and tokens -Pull together some relevant maps for random encounters in zones -Take the supplied maps and set them up on the grid with dynamic lighting etc (this one I know doesn’t take that long but i figure while we’re at it) Does anyone know of anyone, or any resource available to help with this? I would of course pay...right now the thing i have the least of is time.
Which adventures, and how soon would you need them completed?  Depending on the length of the adventures, this could be anywhere from a handful of hours to significantly longer.  If the person you are asking to convert the adventures also needs to purchase the adventures (i.e., they don't already have them) then there is additional cost. I would guess you're looking at somewhere in the $200+ range.  You might be able to find someone who could use the content themselves and thus would charge you less.  Or if you are really lucky, someone may have already converted these adventures and could pass them along to you for a much lower fee. -Adam
I would supply the adventures in text format. That wouldn’t be the issue so much there. Regarding cost I assume that it would vary and I am not deluding myself into thinking this is a simple task. It’s more finding people who are willing or skilled in doing this kind of work. I just am unsure where to even look for this kind of service.

You are in as good of a spot as any to find someone to build these into Roll20 for you.  My recommendation would be to indicate which adventures you're trying to have converted (this will allow a prospective person to review details of the adventures to get an estimate of how long it will take them) plus what fee you are offering (or an estimated budget.) If you provide these details you're more likely to get someone to offer their services. -Adam
Consider me interested then. I guess my questions beyond this point are more about how to proceed. Do I make a separate post or simple leave this one here as my request. I don’t feel comfortable listing a budget in that I am not looking to offend. I’d rather get a genuine idea about what it would run once someone has had a chance to see the material. I’d rather not post too much about the modules as I’m not looking to make the info public to my players…yet. I will gladly send everything I have on the adventures to prospective people but it’s connecting with them that’s difficult. One adventure is entirely homebrew, a collaboration with a friend, and is not long at all meant to be completed in 2-3 decent length sessions. This would mostly just be finding good maps for the encounters and making 6-7 monster stat blocks and tokens.  Second adventure is longer writing wise (whole pdf is 230 pages but there is a good bit of fluff in it). Would span about 2 high levels of play. There are about 12 monster stat blocks and tokens to make. The scripted combat locations have supplied maps but random encounter maps would be important. There are spell and magic item handouts to make.
