Simon's got most of the answers, but I'll add a few expansions: Can you set default zoom for when you open a page? Unfortunately, this is not possible. Really, it's something that would be extraordinarily difficult to accomplish given the wide range of resolutions that users access Roll20 at (I use an ultra wide screen monitor with the Roll20 window taking up a portion of the screen, another user might be using a tiny laptop screen, someone else might be on an ipad, and so many more combinations) Can you 'group' 2 tokens that occupy the same grid i.e. a character and their familiar?, so moving one, will move both? Simon's got this one. The only thing I'll add is that moving the group as a whole can be finicky. Go slow with clicking to select and dragging when you move the group. Can pages be 'locked' once finished to prevent stray scribbles etc? Unfortunately, not. There is an API script, whiteboard, by The Aaron that allows you to lock player's ability to create drawings, but that requires a pro subscription. If you're worried about what your players might do in between sessions, I would recommend making a splash page for your game where you return your players to in between sessions so that they can't overexplore a map or vandalize it. What does 'show to players' on the various items on journal page do? Just a small clarification on Simon's answer. If the handout/character is not currently flagged as being visible in any player's journal it will flag it as visible to all and open it for all of them. If it is already marked as visible to some number of players it will open it only for those players. Note that this second possibility will happen even if you have put yourself down as having explicit access to the item. What it shows to a player will depend on their access permissions for the object and what type of object it is. The entirety of the notes/bio section is displayed to the players, but the GM notes section is never displayed to non-GMs. If the item is a character sheet, the character sheet and attributes/abilities tabs will only be shown to those who have edit access to the character.
