Stable Macros Suddenly Stopped Working

We have a set of macros that have been working reliably for months now. Suddenly, sometime between two weeks ago and tonight, they all stopped working. My guess is there was an update to Roll20 which broke them. But, they took on order of 50 hours to get working the first time. I don't want to start from scratch again. I'm hoping someone knows a tweak to get them working again. Here is a sample of one of the macros: !token-mod --set bar1_value|30 bar2_value|17 --ids @{selected|token_id} !setattr --sel --DMG|1d6+3
Is your API sandbox running for the game you're using those commands on? When you say 'they all stopped working', what exactly happens? (Or doesn't happen?) Are you getting any error messages in chat or in the API Output console?   Is it possible the API scripts got removed or disabled on the API page?
Jarren, Thank you very much for replying. Please excuse the delay in my response (work has unfortunately intruded on what's really important - LOL). You ask some very important questions, and likely the cause of the problems. I don't fully understand when one must restart the API. It has been months since I last had to, so I completely forgot about that. It is likely the cause of the issues. I won't have a chance to test it again until Saturday, but I will let you know. I have high expectations. To answer the question of what isn't working. The macros are supposed to modify three things (two token circles, and one character attribute) and put some text in the chat. The text is showing up, but the mods are not happening. We have a couple dozen macros very similar to the one I posted, and they are all failing the same way. We also have another macro that modifies the value of a circle in a "target." It too, fails in the same way. I remember over half a year ago, when I spent dozens of hours figuring out how to make these macros, that I did have to load and run part of the API, so I'm fairly sure that is the issue. I'll let you know either way. Steve
UPDATE: I restarted the API and all was well. It has been long enough since it last stopped that I forgot all about it. I wish it didn't stop arbitrarily every now and then. My second choice would be that it restarted automatically. Third: send an email when it stops. Fourth: have an easily-seen message in Roll20 that it needs a restart. But, in any case, your reminder did the trick, so thank you.

But, in any case, your reminder did the trick, so thank you. I keep a separate browser window open and size it down really small so I just see the API Output Console in the corner of my screen.  When it stops working, the pink error message pops up and I have a visual indicator right away to reset it. The only issue is when there is a 'silent error' without a message... but when in doubt I just reset the sandbox.  I also have a Chrome extension that allows me to open the window in a 'popup' tab, so it takes up even less room without the address bar and tabs at the top of the window:
