Warlords of Telbar: Pay to Play Homebrew Game. DND 5E Far to the North of the Everuine Empire lies the Country
of Telbar. A place bathed is shadows and darkness ruled over by five powerful
entities known only as the Warlords. Within their grip the Telbar is held tight. The people taking shelter in walled cities and the broken roads lit by
magical lanterns to ward off the shadows. It is a place of sorrow and despair
yet there is little escape. Some brave the barrens Waste to escape into the empire to
the south, others brave the jagged rocks of the Maw to escape to the open sea.
Some take the vows of the Children of Selune and fight against the darkness but
most just exists under the rule of the Warlords. Adventures here are few and far between, often in the
employ of one of the Warlords or selling their services to help travellers
