Me and a friend are having some trouble with our roll20 games we cant select tokens move tokens nor can we even use the ruler at all we have tried step 1-3 and nothing is working please help

Seems like a new issue affecting many of us, the last 4 posts were about this. Hopefully they see this problem and correct it soon.
