This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of < 10$/session >. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements. Hey everyone my online name is Delphonse and I am someone who has spent their entire life playing tabletops. Was raised on them by my dad who thought it would be a great way to learn to read, write, do basic math and come up with creative ideas. Kudos to him. I picked up a book recently for 5th edition D&D Called Rise of the Drow which is a set that revolves around going into the underdark to recover a lost artifact and also as many drow as you can stuff in a dark wet cave. I am currently running this campaign with my family and friends and have completed the first few chapters I have also read ahead and am continuing to get the book understood as quickly as possible so I can run it smoothly. I have all the tokens and maps for the game and even a deck of random encounters specific to the underdark I am slowly working my way towards getting more material that could help add to it. my experience with Roll 20 is limited I have played a few games on it and ran 1 game on it so I know the basics and if you do decide to play and have tips on improvement let me know. currently I am trying to earn a little bit of income running some campaigns so I can pay for gas and food weekly. Otherwise I would just keep running free games cause I enjoy running them. Right now each session is set at 10$/session via Paypal. I looked at other games on roll 20 and saw this was where the lower numbers were and since I am not able to bring an amazing session through roll 20 I yet I am not expecting to charge out the butt. As for the characters you can play I am pretty relaxed with a lot of stuff I do have house rules I follow that tend to make the game easier to play and also more fun for the players. One thing to note is I do allow 3rd party races, classes, feats and other things as long as they are okayed with me ahead of time. I feel it is really fun to get to play something that you really like as long as you aren't trying to outwardly break the game. I love roleplay and combat and try to mix in both when running a campaign although since we are running from a book there will be much more combat than roleplay from time to time. If you are interested in playing a campaign where you can be almost anything you can think of while stomping through the underdark slaying drow like they were some kind of spider infestation then this is definitely the place to look! If there is anything you want to know make sure to shoot me a message at Delphonse#2820 on discord or here in the message board or whisper me if that is a thing on this place. (Still kind of new to roll 20) On a side note- I am working on a personal campaign involving playing as drow in a house and rising in the ranks until you are a recognized noble house. So if that is something you are interested in as well then definitely join the campaign I am hosting now to keep up to date with how that is coming along. https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/11647097/rise-of-the-drow
I am DM'ing this currently with my players starting the campaign proper today. Did have to make some changes because I decided to set it in Greyhawk with Hommlet being the main village for the initial campaign start. So far I like what I am DM'ing, a very well thought out module with a sort of a Hexcrawl mentality. So far I think the players will be enjoying themselves with this one.
