Hey gang Im currently running Thunderspire Mountain 4e (but using 5e rule base overall) for my my group. Obviously all the main sites have long ago moved onto 5e. Question is, how do other DMs translate 4e gear to 5e? Or is it really even worth it? Should i just swap out gear when i come accross it in the manual? Thanks in advance
