Audio/Video Chat Issues

We've been playing for a couple years with no issues, but at some point over the last couple months (we just started playing again in October after a couple month break) something has happened and audio/video chat is simply not working at all for us any more. DM can usually see most players (3), but there are always players that cannot hear/see each other.  Tried clearing caches, resetting browser settings, chat reset, computer resets...nothing works 100% now.   We've started using an external (Google Meet) chat for audio which works flawlessly (which also eliminates network issues etc as a cause). Any ideas?  Are other just using something else in entirety and not using in game chat?
We're having the same issue in our games, including on different games with different players. Very frustrating!
Hey again all, PROBLEM SOLVED (though we don't know the actual cause of the issue).  The map/module/game the DM is using seems to be the cause.  We did some more testing with a brand new (empty) game, and all players could sign in immediately, with no issues.  Voice/video chat working perfectly.  We went back the the original game....and immediate issues - black boxes, no audio, some players could see the DM, other could see nothing. So, the DM re-created his game (copied over all the existing maps etc) to a new game and we can all sign in without any issues...works perfectly as expected.  So....something to try.  Having issues?  Try a new game. End result is we do not know WHY the module causes issues, but at least we have a workaround...

It may be a browser limitation issue.  If the game is large enough, it may be taking up enough of the data capacity of the browser tab that it can't handle all the audio/video at the same time.
