Remove to hit rolls from NPC attacks?

Hi, This may have been asked but I can't find it anywhere so apologies if so. On the standard R20 5e setup is there a way to remove the 'to hit' roll from attacks on the NPC sheets? E.g. a dragon's breath attack would be nice to be able to have it roll the named attack and damage and the required save without it also making a to hit roll. It may be really easy and I'm just missing it. Thanks
Dragon's are in the SRD.  Drag out a free dragon token in the compendium and look at how they formated their dragon breath and model it the same way on your custom sheet.
