Game won't load

My players and I are unable to join my game and get unresponsive page and a black screen, can't select anything. I can copy the game and it works fine, but in the copy, all of the character sheets are completely reset to scratch including NPCs (using dnd 5e sheet which is selected when copying the game).. ID is 10069948

Additionally one character sheet cannot be imported as it is now blank
