Can not copy sheets on my table.

Hello friends, im traying to copy some sheets on me table, but nothing is happening, dont show the new copy sheet of player number one or npc two, sameone can help me with this problem or has passed for something like that before ? Edt: System is the 5E by roll 20.

When you say sheet, you are talking about duplicating a character? Can you describe what steps you take, what you expect to happen and what actually happens?

Yes, copy one character i mean, just by the simple way, right click on the sheet on then left click on the duplicate option and nothing happens, normally apear a new sheet or character in the botton of the all things. Edit: All others options are working just fine, delete, show to players and archive.
