Hello, my upload quota has reached the maximum of 100MB so I went around and deleted a bunch of icons (that I upload in my character sheets) and etcetera to free space, but it's stuck at 100/100, could anyone help me with that?

If you go to your art library, did you delete them from the "recent uploads" section?  That should be the place to delete the master record of any art work you have uploaded.  Anything you delete from folders is just deleting a reference back to that primary file in the recent uploads.
