Reset fog of war does not work

Resetting fog of war no longer works for me (free account). this did work for me previously when first building the maps, so I am a bit confused. is this a recent change? or is this a glitch?

Can you give a reproducible list of steps, what you expect to happen and what actually happens?

To be more specific, regular fog of war for free users can be reset by rehiding the area with a massive drag.  The reset all fog button is designed really for AFOW as there is only a very longwinded convoluted way to reset the memory of old AFOW.  Its been broken since the patch that added that place light tool for UDL users.  

@keithcurtis I would expect that, once the reset fog button is clicked, a dialogue box would appear confirming whether I would want the entire map covered again, to which i would click yes. The entire map I am on at the time would then be covered again. @DM Eddie okay thanks, it just seemed weird that i had the feature when I first created the campaign and was designing maps and it suddenly then dissapeared. I know a long drag is always possible, it just is occasionally annoying as sometimes when i do it the mouse doesn't quite go to the edge and so a small sliver along the edge of the map remains uncovered (but this doesn't always happen)...i suppose just the downside of not paying i suppose :D
