"Export" Dice Roll for Stream Usage

Hey guys,

I have a question that's been bugging me for quite some time now.

I wonder if it is possible to somehow extract the dice rolls from the players to display them in an overlay in OBS Studio to be shown on a Twitch livestream.

Like, I let a player roll for Perception, and display his/her diceroll next to their webcam in OBS Studio.

Is there any way to sort of "manipulate" the API to get this specific result and display it on a web page (node.js oder whatevever), to crop them out and assign them to the respective player?
