What do you show on screen when everyone is rollplaying?

Spelling mistake aside! Simple as that, what visuals do you have on-screen when you're in a roleplay moment? empty grid? whatever the last map was? Splash page?
For me it is often the last map as I tend to use a lot of macros for various rolls so players need to have tokens they can use.  Othertimes i will use pictures of locations to try and give players an idea of what the place they are at it like.

I have a theater of the mind page. It's API automated, but could be done through other means. Basically, it displays a scene evocative of where the players are, along with some background audio. Thread | Video
I'll display either an evocative scene, as Keith Curtis mentioned, or a regional/local map. Sometimes I will use shift-Z to display an image of an NPC when they are interacting with the party. (You could also do this with a handout.)
I have a skill challenge page and a marching order page that I tend to stay on when I'm not burning a map to the players.
