Outline Only Auras

Brief Description: Add a checkbox to the two Auras to allow an "outline only" option. Rationale: Sometimes Auras can obscure important details on the map, it would be helpful to be able to show just a thin outline (of the selected colour) so that the area of effect was clear, but map items / other tokens are not obscured.
