Map not showing up for a player even though dynamic lighting isn't involved

Our DM doesn't have a paid membership and therefore does not have dynamic lighting. Still, our barbarian can't see one of the maps no matter how many times he reloads the page. He just sees a black screen. Please help

Just the one player? Things to check: The GM has not accidentally split the party . The barbarian could be on the wrong page. The graphic might have been accidentally deleted and the rest of the players and GM are looking at a cached image. Delete the browser cache and refresh.If the map disappears, you may need to upload a new copy. The Barbarian might have an interfering extension. Have them try loading the game in a private browsing window. The Barbarian might be using an unusual browser. If they are not using Chrome or Firefox, have them try one of those browsers. If using Fog of War (not DL), make sure they are in a visible area and not zoomed into a hidden spot of the map. Drag their token to a clear area and shift-click-and-hold to ping-pull them to the area.
