Chat and Tokens taking a long time to update

My chat and Tokens are taking 10+seconds to load when there are changes. No clue why, I've deleted cookies, and disabled all extensions. It is making it hard to run games let alone play them.

One thing to check: if you're using Firefox, is autofill disabled? If not, that might be what's causing the text delay. (Preferences > Privacy and Security > Forms and Autofill: uncheck "Autofill addresses" and "Autofill credit cards." You can leave "Autofill logins and passwords" checked if that's your preference; from what I can tell, that particular setting does not affect Roll20 performance.)

Another note, i've heard from people I play with that my icon will disappear if I am tabbed out of the website. I do see the red "you are having connection issues" red pop-up there when I tab back, but only for a moment. No connectivity issues with any other website, and my wife who is playing in the same household does not have this issue.
