Stuck on "Building your character..." after levelling up

Hi there. I recently made a 5E character that is supposed to be levelling up, but when I click "Apply Changes" the page gets stuck on "Building your character..." with about 15-20% on the loading bar. I have tried waiting for it, Closing and opening, and even closing and returning on a different device on another day. I am completely stuck on what I should do.

Best thing for a stuck charactermancer is to file a  Help Center Request . There are lots of things that can be tried to unstick the process, but it's better to let them work their magic on it.
