[LFP][Free][D&D5e][GMT+1 Wednesday] Looking for players to depart on brand new adventure of Baldurs Gate: Descent into Avernus

Hello everyone. I would like to start a new campaign of Baldurs Gate: Descent into Avernus. My aim is to have 5 players. The game itself is more of a campaign that is story driven more than a sandbox style. This heroic Dungeons & Dragons adventure book takes players from levels 1 to 13 as they journey through Baldur's Gate and into Avernus, the first layer of the Nine Hells. This story is a prequel to the events of the upcoming video game Baldur's Gate 3. -The game will take part on wednesday's 7 or 8 GMT+1, -Weekly sessions of around 4 hours long, -Be able to commit to the sessions, -You must be at least 18+ years old, -The game has adult themes (not sexual), -Games will be played here on roll20, with voice chat over Discord, -No racism, sexism, homophobia, and any hate of any kind, -The characters you will play are adventures with neutral/good aligments that strive for the so called adventure, -The campaign consists of RP and combat, depening on stage of the adventure it might swing more towards one or other. Hey, my name is Austin and i’m very much interested in joining your campaign. I am a 28 tear old 3rd grade teacher. I’m an avid horror fanatic who loves and is obsessed with dark content. I’m big into comics, gaming, and dnd. I’m an experienced player with a little DM experience. Your campaign sounds like it would be a blast to join. My character concept is a reborn/warforged that was brought back to life, due to a pact he made with a warlock patron. Using his last breath he swore revenge. He was brought back in a body that is made to kill, bug has no memories of who he was. All he carries is a name other than his own and an intense desire for revenge. So it would be a reborn or warforged warlock/rogue. This can be tweaked to fit your campaign better.

Hi there, I'm a forever DM who would love to be a player! I have been playing D&D since the 90's through most editions (I skipped 4th). What do I expect from a game? Story driven fun with like minded folk who I can immerse myself with. As per your request I would play a Devil's Tongue tiefling with curling rams horns :)  

My name is Tomas, I'm 40ish years old from Norway. I've played and dmed d&d, Warhammer fantasy/40k roleplay and cthulhu for around 15 years. I have met many types of DM over the years, so I don't expect anything, but I prefer a dm who is a good storyteller but will not spend most of the session on exposition, and that they're attentive to their players. Experience and knowledge of the rules are secondary conserns. My tiefling is of the bloodline of dismater, but my horns were sawed off by the creature who owned me in Dis, before I escaped to faerun using my master's portal device. My lack of horns is a great embarrassment, but it does help me stay inconspicuous when I can't conceal myself magically.

I have no experience playing D&D but have watched countless hours online of the game being played and I'm hoping to experience some of those joys myself now. I would be interested in joining this game, if there's still an open slot. I don't mind at all a crafted story rather than a sandbox, as long as it's not just a combat corridor, which it doesn't sound like anyway. I have DM'd a lot in my days, and it would be fun to be a player again. I don't have much to write about myself, I enjoy storytelling and roleplay a great deal, I'm in my 30's, and I suck marginally less that average? Oh, also, I might be a tiefling *cough cough* But who knows...

As for the Teifling: I'd go with Baalzebul- a warlock with a Feind patron (Eventual Pact of the Tome). Long story short- a teenage teifling wanting to delve further into their demonic heritage makes a dumb mistake. Now a tired adult teifling is stuck with a Feind patron, and finds themselves in closer proximity than they ever wanted with said Patron when they end up in Avernus. Hi there, if the spot is still free would it be possible to join? I know.its a bit late but uh, better late than never. A bit about me to fit in with the rest, call me Terry, I've been playing 5e for a few years now but only recently started using roll20. I will be upfront and say that I am nervous at first but once I get comfortable I will show you the power of 2 tired braincells rubbing together to bring forth the dumbest ideas you ever heard. I am hoping to get to know the baldur setting more and that the DM can understand my lack of intelligence both in and out of game at times. As for type of tiefling... Uh... I'mma be real, never really looked too much into them.
