Sorry for all the newbie questions, but would appreciate some veteran hand-holding regarding two points: 1. Hiding Tokens: I've been stocking my dungeon with monster tokens that I want to be hidden to players until I make them visible, i.e. for hiding monsters or just in case I accidentally reveal an area the party hasn't been to yet. I am currently doing this by putting these tokens on the GM layer, and plan to transfer them to the token layer when they appear. Is this OK, or is there a better way to do this? 2. Generic Monster Journal Entries: Do you set up journal entries for all or some of your NPCs/monsters and link them to the token? The game I'm prepping has lots of goblins; would it make sense to create a generic goblin entry and link it to all standard goblin tokens, or is this not worth the effort?
