NPC option fields are grayed out...part 2

Navigator originally posted this on 8-16-2020: "New to Roll20 & GMing.  I'm using the roll20 D&D 5ed character sheet.  I cannot edit the NPC option fields when I create an NPC.  The name and abilities can be changed, but NPC Type, AC, Hit Points, armor, speed fields don't work. so for example:   the second field on "NPC Options" sheet is NPC Type:  but the field is grayed out, so it always says the default which is Medium fiend , any evil... I cannot click in this field to change it.  I can create a new NPC and drag/drop an existing monster into the sheet and this works.  But I want to homebrew a number of NPCs and monsters.   Do I need a pro subscription to do this?" Sorry for creating a new post. The previous post was closed due to inactivity. I am having the same issue as Navigator. The screen I am in is the NPC Character Sheet under the NPC Options. The advice to correct this issue is to click on the gear at the upper righthand corner of the screen. Doing that will bring me out of the edit mode any only show the stat block. Am I missing something? I have provided screen shots of that I am seeing.   NPC Type, AC, HP and Speed are all greyed out as well as several fields under the skills section. This is the stat block that is shown when I click on the gear at the top right corner of the screen. Any advise on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hm. You have tried clicking and actually typing in the field? It won't remove the placeholder text until you start typing characters. If you have tried this and still no go, are you using: A) the official sheet (Should say "by Roll20" in the selector on your Campaign Settings page) B) A supported browser (Chrome, Firefox) Have you eliminated the possibility of extension conflicts? Try loading your game in a private browsing window and see if you get the same issue.
Typing in the field did not work. It is an official sheet. It was in Chrome Incognito Mode worked! It must have been an extension conflict. Thank you! Now time to start making some NPCs...

Excellent! If you discover the culprit, feel free to post it here. Others may have the same problem.
