Purchased module, experiencing issues.

I recently bought the Prepared 1 module from Kobold press which is supposed to have several ready made modules available. This is one of the first modules I've ever purchased, so this complaint may be a reflection of my competence rather than the product. But the issue is this: Each of these adventures only contains one map. The first one. But from the module description there are multiple locations. For example in "The Claret Wellspring" I get a map for the blood pool and the associated puzzle. This leads to two further rooms but there are no maps for these locations when I load it up. It's like they started the adventure for me, but expect me to do most of the work. I'm dead confused. I've heard really good things about these products. And I have an upcoming game in a couple of days. Aside from the adventure descriptions this is like I've bought 12 maps for fifteen bucks. The product description advertises the modules as complete adventures. Am I missing something or have I just been ripped off?

Unfortunately many indie products are very light on actual maps, so this be a case of that. However, looking at the description of the product on their site, it is supposed to come with 24 jpgs of maps. https://koboldpress.com/kpstore/product/prepared-map-pack-24-jpgs-for-vtt/ However it also says "2 versions", not two distinct map per adventure, so it may indeed be a rip off.
I haven't purchased this bundle before, but it appears that it is a game Add-On. Quick Guide Accessing your content Each adventure in Prepared! is an addon. These content packages are available via a dropdown menu in the Game Addons section of the Game Details Page. Select the one you wish to add and click on the blue Add to Game button beside the drop down menu. Which Character Sheet should I use? All Kobold Press content on Roll20 uses the Dungeons & Dragons by Roll20 sheet. After adding the game Add-Ons, does it load multiple map pages? It's also possible that some map images may be loaded as multi-sided tokens - so it's possible that you need to right click on the map image and change which side is displayed, which is often the case to get a night versus day map image, or gridded versus gridless, or outdoor images in different seasons. If you still can't figure it out, I'd suggest reaching out to the publisher.
Looking at my pdf version of "Prepared" the adventures only have one map per adventure. Some of the maps, such as the one for the Claret Wellspring have one map which is divided into an area map and the small attached puzzle map. I am not sure what was included in the Roll20 version, but that seems to be consistent with what is in the book. Remember that these are 'drop-in' adventures and not meant to be a series or campaign. If you think something is missing, I would suggest writing to Kobold Press.
Thank you so much for the responses. They have been really helpful. I guess I misunderstood the ad. I searched for "one-shots" and expected the content to last a couple of hours. Maybe if roll20 made a distinction between one-shots and encounters I could have avoided this. But this issue is resolved now I guess. Cheers!

Roll20 will honor returns, of course, owning the marketplace, but if there is an issue with the marketplace copy, or the contents of the purchase, KP is the company you should contact.
