Insert image by URL

Is there a way to insert an image on the VTT using its URL? I want to insert this image into my tabletop but it's bigger than the upload limit. https://blog.roll20.net/media/roll20_room_final_blue-4k.png I tried putting the image URL into Art Search, but even searching for "Everything", I get that: No results found on the web for those keywords. Thank you for helping.

How large do you actually need the image? I would say run that through Photoshop, GIMP, or whatever your image editor of choice is and 2 things. 1, Scale it down to the actual dimensions you plan on using it. 2. Convert it to .jpg, because .png includes layers and transparency that you probably don't need on the vtt. This will reduce the file size by quite a bit. Edit: I downloaded that to test. Converting it from .png to .jpg dropped that image from 14.2MB to 3.1 MB.

There are also png compressors available online, but I'd agree with Kraynic. Jpg is a better choice for this. And unless all of your players are on 4k monitors and need to see every last pixel in 1:1fidelity (and even then they would need to scroll some, due to browser menus, sidebars and other interface elements), there is no need for that level of detail.

If I reduce the image size to 33% and convert to jpg, the size drops to 170KB. And honestly, considering roll20 interface, 1350x713 is probably more than big enough if your players are using even hi-def monitors (not 4k).

An important consideration is that native display size for Roll20 is 70 pixels per grid square. Maximum zoom is 250%. So anything more than 175 pixels per grid square is wasted. And yes, HD notwithstanding. (i.e. I don't know how an HD monitor works for software interpolation of pixel resolution)

By hi-def, I just mean 1920x1080/1200. I guess if you're going to zoom in (I'm not sure why you'd need to on that pic), a bigger resoltion than I described might be handy, but the detail is still going to be good.
