Marketplace purchaces

Why is it nearly impossible to contact someone you bought something in the marketplace from?&nbsp; there should be a way to contact these people in case you have an issue with the purchase.&nbsp;&nbsp; Just purchased this <a href="https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/gameaddon/9242/poi-markers-cc" rel="nofollow">https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/gameaddon/9242/poi-markers-cc</a> And i cant find half the content.

If you go to the creator page, there are several ways to contact them on there: <a href="https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/publisher/427/cryptocartographer" rel="nofollow">https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/publisher/427/cryptocartographer</a>

Just for future reference, each marketplace creator's publisher page is linked to from just above the purchase button.
Yes i know all this, the link the maker provided links to the roll 20 page, and i should not need twitter or anything like it to contact the seller on roll 20.

Roll20 has allowed Marketplace creators to "Opt-In" to being able to be contacted, and provide contact information as they deem necessary. Part of the reason is that the entire sales and being paid for creators is automated, and some of us have been selling content for close to 10 years now. I assume that not every creator checks Roll20 on the regular, so if contacting them via this platform were the option given, messages could go months or longer without response.&nbsp;

Providing Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, and Patreon contact links classifies reaching him as nearly impossible? How would you describe the ability to reach me when all I have linked is Twitter? I'm untouchable!! I'd agree with B. Simon that if you're looking to get in touch with a creator, your odds increase outside of Roll20. My phone gives me alerts when I get a message on Twitter. I've missed a fair amount of private messages here because there's no notification to my phone when someone messages me on Roll20. I may get an email, but it tends to get buried by spam. That said, if none of the four methods CryptoCartographer provided to contact him tickle your fancy and you only want to contact him via Roll20, why not private message him?

I thought I had posted here, but must have neglected to press send. If you click on the icon for their website, there is an email address listed there. Edit: Nearly identical thread. Go to&nbsp; <a href="https://www.cryptocartographer.net/" rel="nofollow">https://www.cryptocartographer.net/</a> . There is an email address there. Further Edit: There was an email address when I checked. It does not appear to be there now. The advice above is the best method I can see.

Keith, that was a rollercoaster ride of a post! His website does list an email (<a href="mailto:cryptocartographer@icloud.com" rel="nofollow">cryptocartographer@icloud.com</a>) and also lists his Reddit handle and Instagram page for a few more methods to contact him. Making me look worse and worse here with just Twitter. I checked Jayme's announcements for Marketplace Creators and on 10/05/2021 she did report that there was a bug where websites linked on creator pages may not be linking correctly as a result of formatting. Clicking the link on his creator page just takes you right back to the creator page rather than the website displayed. It seems CryptoCartographer may need to check the format of his link and update it as Jayme advised. Xax, hopefully one of these contact methods helps you get in touch with Jay.
Thanks for the replies,&nbsp; the e-mail is perfect, This is most likely something im overlooking. And yes if someone is not on any of those platforms then you are invisible to them, funny how that works.

It's a browser formatting issue in the page's HTML/CSS. Here's what I see— in Chrome: and in Firefox: Thought I was going crazy.
