Dynamic Lighting Objects do not work if rotated...nightvision effects also seem to do nothing...

So I have a hedge maze map and I was using simple rectangular objects to block light and make the walls impassable. I noticed the first few rectangles I placed were fine, they blocked light and movement. But then, when I went back and copies the objects and rotated them for horizontal walls, they still blocked light but did not block movement.  I haven't gone back and made new horizontal objects yet though I plan to. The other side of the problem with this is it seems to take a certain point and still "think" that the vertical wall is there, basically making an invisible wall in the middle of the play area.  This is a kind of problematic issue since it makes things less efficient having to make vertical and horizontal dynamic "walls" from scratch instead of copy pasting and rotating.  The lesser of an issue and just a "huh" thing is that when you give a character nigthvision none of the effects seem to work. I have tried tinting the vision to give it more of a darkvision appearance, or changing it to nocturnal or dim lighting effects and they do nothing it seems. The vision is just normal vision.  I mainly wanted to mention these issues so they can be worked on more than expecting a fix to already be in play. Of course, if there is a fix already I would be happy to hear about it.  Thank You

DL objects have never worked properly when scaled or rotated. This goes back before UDL. Not sure what the issue is with the tinted night vision. Do you have more than one source of tinted vision or light? I avoid situations which would result in mixing colors.
