GM can see maps but Players are unable to see maps

Sorry if this has been already addressed. First time running a purchased campaign (Lost Mines of Phandelver). As a GM I can see the maps but as a player I am unable to. I have ensured the Player Ribbon is on the correct map. Fog of War is disabled as well. Token settings has Vision enabled/Night Vision Enabled/. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Jim UPDATE - One thing to add: The player can see his token, just not the map. He can also see everything else (Chat/toolbar).

Hi jaslinger! Here are some things to check: Make sure both token and page are using the same lighting system. Default is Updated, Legacy is usually hidden behind optional controls. Make sure you have not Split the Party . Verify that the token actually placed on the VTT is correctly set up. Sometimes people will incorrectly set up the default token and assume the token dragged out is set up properly.
Make sure you have set the range of vision. Also, I have found with UDL many times I have to open the token settings and then save them just for the vision settings to take effect.

Thanks! So I double check to ensure the Split Party you mentioned - I am good there. So on the landing page or another page where it is open and "daylight" how do I adjust so they can see the whole page? Is it the page settings? Should I click on daylight option? thanks again for your help with this! UPDATE - I don't what happened but everything appears to be working. Could have been a delay or refreshing of the page. Appreciate you both for helping a newbie out. Thanks!

If you want them to see the whole page, do you need dynamic lighting at all?  If you disable dynamic lighting, they should be able to see the whole page regardless of token settings unless you have it covered in Fog of War.

For anyone following along, another thing to test in such a situation is to make sure the map is on the Map layer and not the GM layer. Unlikely in this case, because it's a module, but it's possible to make mistakes while moving things between layers. Glad you have it working, jaslinger.
