Roll20 not working on tablet at all?

Hey all - post says it all, I’ve searched the forums for any help but I wasn’t able to see anyone else with the same issue. Using iPad with the latest iOS build, I’m unable to load any of my games on Chrome, Firefox or Safari.  Page is stuck at the loading screen, looping through the status messages.  Any advice or suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

Things to try: Creating a brand new, empty game and see if you can load that. (This can help rule out content issues, as well as game size issues) Ensure that you have not injected any scripts or material via a third-party extension such as Tampermonkey. (This can help rule out data corruption issues.) Any iPad capable of running the latest iOS, should be hardware-capable of running Roll20. If you continue to have issues after these tests, I would suggest filling out a  Help Center Request  with your iPad specs, iOS version, and a sample game you cannot load. I don't know how or if it is possible to grab a concole log in iOS, but if you can, that would also be valuable data.

Thanks Keith - I was able to get around the issue by turning off the “Enable animated graphics” option in the game settings. All games now load.

Thanks for posting the workaround. I'll try to remember that if someone else posts that issue.
Can confirm this solved the same problem for two of our iPads as well. ShamanGreeny said: keithcurtis said: Things to try: Creating a brand new, empty game and see if you can load that. Sadly, that work around was only a very temporary fix.  I'm right back to where I was before. I've tried disabling all items in the game (i.e. animated dice, sort Tokens alphabetically, etc.) and I still can't get it to run on an iPad.  The tests I'm running are using games posted in the Marketplace for DnD 5e (Lost Mines of Phalandever, Dragon of Icespire Peak) - is it possible these games are too big to run on tablet?

Ironically, I was coming here for a similar reason.  It worked on one of the tablets that we have, but not the other.  Here are the data points that I can find: Campaign 1 (Pro subscriber as GM) -- Lost Mines of Phandelver (with some Dragon of Icespire Peak loaded into it).  Works fine on two OSX Laptops.  Until Saturday, it worked fine with two iOS iPads.  As of Saturday, it works on neither iPad.  By not working, I mean the map refuses to load.  The sidebar works just fine.  The map window just spirals endlessly through the Loading subtitles. Campaign 2 (Free subscriber as GM) -- Curse of Strahd -- loads slowly on both iPads, but eventually loads the maps and the side-bar just fine. It's weird.
I also submitted a bug report.  Hopefully we'll hear something back, or see a fix implemented.

Hey all, here for the same issue, in all the games where I am a player I seem to be able to join just fine. However, I am unable to join my game where I am a GM. I am also going to submit a bug report.
