Only 2 Columns in D&D 5e by Roll20 Character Sheet

I have recently purchased a Pro account and am trying to learn as much as I can at all the things Roll20 has to offer.  We started with Curse of Strahd since so much of the materials were already available and helped this "newbie" get a running start. I'm serving as the DM and the rest of the players are using the free version. All of my players in the campaign are using Chrome as their browser.  For me, and 4 of the 6 players, there aren't any issues at all.  However, for 2 of the players, their character sheets won't display correctly.  They only get two columns (please see attached image - it happens minimized and maximized since you can't tell that from the screen shot). I've asked them to do the standard, "Clear your cache" and "disable any add-ons".  The problem persist, however. I searched the forums and help area, but I couldn't find any thing for this particular issue.  (My apologies if I was just searching poorly...) Any thoughts, help, or direction in this regard would be appreciated greatly. I want their experience to be as good as it is for the rest of us. Thanks in advance for any help!

Are their browsers zoomed at all? I'm guessing they may be viewing the page at something larger than 100%...Do their browser setting adjust font sizes or anything like that? There could also be some accessibility settings in play, perhaps? Because those font sizes look larger than they typically are...
Thanks for the ideas!  I'll have them check all of those things to see if any of them are affecting their display.  I'll let you know the results.
