Add token template that you don't have on the website

Is there any way to add token model on roll 20 that you don't have on the site yet, for example I wanted to play Naruto that was made on top of edition 5 of D&D Naruto ShinobiNoSho but there is nothing similar even to the naruto that already has, I would like to know if there is how to add the file that I have in pdf in the game without being by image but in the system. thanks in advance
