So I just made my lvl10 wizard and for some reason i have a +16 to hit for my spells and even though I'm supposed to have a +8 then i realize its adding my PB and my INT to the attack bonus and even if i remove my PB i still have a +12 to hit. how do i fix it?

Make an attack and hover your cursor over the attack roll. That might show you where the extra is coming from.
